Q. When I place my order, when can I expect my order to ship?
A. Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Q. Shipping.
A. Shipping costs are based on the amount ordered, anything over $500.00 within the Calgary area is free to ship.
Q. What would be the shipping cost to my house?
A. We will ship your order collect, we do not mark up shipping and charge you, rather we will ship it to you collect so that you are paying the lowest price.
Q. How do you ship.
A. If you have a preferred carrier, let us know and we can use them, otherwise we use the cheapest carrier who delivers to your area to keep the cost down.
